New York City attracts many tourists yearly, most of them want to see those impressive skyscrapers. Well, now the city came up with the “Waterfalls” project which consists of creating waterfalls on the East River all the way to the New York Harbor. The sponsors will be the Public Art Fund and the City of New York which will allocate $9 to $10 million for the project.

New York’s skyline is dominated by extraordinary skyscrapers and they are the main point of attraction, but this will change in the next months on Franklin Place. The Dutch architect, Ben van Berkel designed a residential tower which will feature 20-stories.
