SkyBridge In Malaysia - Impressive And Scary

This bridge is a unique structure and it can be found in Langkawi, Malaysia. The cable-stayed bridge was completed in October 2004 and it’s called the SkyBridge. Truly in the sky as it’s built at 687 meters (2,250 feet) above sea level.

The SkyBridge wouldn’t exist without the 87 meter-high column which supports the weight of the deck through 8 balancing-cables. Besides the admiration for an incredible architectural vision, it offers incredible images, scary images.
Just imagine how it would be to cross over this bridge that is placed at an angle, thus this is an impressive engineering. I wonder if there will be another attempt just like this in other countries. Wow….I live in Malaysia and have been to Langkawi a few times but haven’t seen this structure or even been on it.
I plan to do this sometime this year with a couple of my mates. It is incredible!
I definitely want to be up there!
Who in the Hell wants to go across that bridge???
