Jarovlaska Square From Moscow
A complex that combines houses, offices, a hotel, sporting and retail facilities in Moscow, Russia was designed by Ofis Arhitekti from Slovenia. The Jarovlaska Square even includes a football pitch on the top of a building.
82.000 m2 are used for a mixed program that includes the office, residential and commercial areas and 20.000 m2 are used for the sports complex, which consists of an open football field and a gym.
All these were supposed to be built on a 68.000 m2 area and with a height no longer than 80m from the ground level.
