Sustainable Development - Castle House By Hamiltons Architects

There is no point in reminding you that sustainable developments are the future and green features will be integrated in all structures. Hamiltons-London Architects have designed the Castle House which is destined to set a higher standard of Elephant & Castle’s design quality that will be regenerated in the future.

Castle House will consist of two buildings, one will be 43-story and will rise at 147m, and the second will be a 5-story pavilion structure. The eco-home will generate heat and electricity on-site as it will include three 9m in diameter wind turbines, and a heat and power plant.

The skyscraper would feature about 25,000 square meters of residential spaces and for the moment we don’t know when it will be completed.
